LAUNDERING, DYING AND FINISHING

In the last few years there has been a very big evolution in the treatments of garments in Portugal. New processes and techniques have been developed in washing, dying and finishing garments, creating innovative looks and finishes.

We work with factories that have undergone extensive modernisation campaigns with heavy investment in IT and modern technology solutions, resulting in fully computerised industrial processes. This means that we are able to quickly respond to fashion innovations and fluctuations and can guarantee a high level of accuracy and reproducibility for all processes.

We are now in a position to offer a wider range of innovative products using laser & abrasion technologies, including brush robot sand blasting and stone washing.

We use very sophisticated dying methods and carry out a variety of enzyme, pigment and retro washes. Our printers are able to provide sublimatic, plastisol, water, quadricomy, transfer and rubber printing.
